What berries do Ukrainian supermarkets need this year: quality, varieties, packaging

The organizers of the 5th Anniversary International Conference “Berries of Ukraine-2014: Frozen Produce & Fresh Market” keep on announcing new speakers of the event.

The subject of cooperation between Ukrainian supermarket chains and berry suppliers will be covered by the speech of Mr. Fedor Andreytsov, representative of Fozzy Group of Companies, one of the major retailers in Ukraine.

During his presentation, the conference delegates will listen to supermarkets' requirements to handling, packaging, quality of berries, retailers' variety preferences, domestic peculiarities of berry from-field-to-consumer supply chain, consumer sentiment in the market.

The expert will also speak on the issues of the fresh berry market developments in the country, retailers' advantages in imported/domestic produce, prospects of berry line extension in Ukraine, and suppliers will enjoy an opportunity to discuss details of produce supply in this season in person.

For the present, their participation has been confirmed by more than 70 delegates from Ukraine, Russia, Moldova, the Netherlands, the UK and Poland. Altogether, a number of the conference participants will total about 200 delegates from 10-12 countries of the world.
