Registration fee payment includes

• participation of one attendee in the conference
• package of informational materials
• conference presentations and participant's contacts after its end
• coffee-break, lunch, gala-dinner
• receipt of conference participants' business cards

Distance participation in the conference includes

 

Distance participation costs RUB 6,300 / UAH 1,575 / USD 210 / EUR 150

Granted discounts:

5% - for Fruit-Inform subscribers (if the subscription period includes September 17, 2013)

Insertion of advertising leaflets into the conference participants' portfolios

You can add your advertising materials to the conference participants' portfolios.

Such an option costs RUB 12,600 / UAH 3,150 / USD 420 / EUR 300

Placement of banner (1.2*2 meters) in the conference hall

The option costs RUB 18,600 / UAH 4,650 / USD 630 / EUR 450

Advertising applications are accepted until September 01, 2013.

Application period and payment conditions

Applications for participation in the conference are accepted until September 11, 2013.

Payment conditions: 100%-prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to participant's application.

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• before August 20, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum
• between August 20 and September 01, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum
• after September 01, the paid sum is not subject to refund
