Harvesting campaign lacking capital
APK-Inform reports that AIC-Minister Serhiy Ryzhouk views harvesting campaign lacking big time money or US $943mn approximately, which is the toughest cash deficit during the past three years.
The main reasons behind such a disaster is a severe price dive for grain and sugar last year which deprived the farmer of some US $188mn. On top of this last year farms had their profits cut because of high interest rates for loans loosing another US$ 283mn.
The Minister believes that disaster exists and diesel price increase alone stole from the farmer right now some US $75mn.
