Additional registration fee for one business-tour participant (February 20): UAH 750 / EUR 75

Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of delegate (-s) in the conference
• package of informational materials
• coffee-break, lunch, gala-dinner
• receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference

Granted discounts

• 5% - for subscribers of Fruit-Inform service packages (if the subscription period includes February 19-20, 2013)
• 5% - for each additional delegate from a company

Advertising opportunities

Insertion of advertising materials in the participants' portfolios: UAH 2,500 / EUR 250

1.2*1.8-meter banner in the conference hall:: UAH 3,500 / EUR 350

Informational stand near the conference hall: UAH 4,000 / EUR 400

Distance participation in the conference: UAH 1,000 / EUR 100

Distance participation in the conference means the receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference

 

Application period and payment conditions

Applications are accepted until February 15

Payment conditions: 100%-prepayment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to participant's application.

 

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• before January 21, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum
• between January 21-28, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum
• after January 28, the paid sum is not a subject to refund
