Final program of the conference «Berries of Ukraine-2011: Freezing and Fresh Market»

As we have informed before, the Second International Conference-Exhibition “Berries of Ukraine-2011: Freezing and Fresh Market” will start its work at Shuvar, the largest wholesale market of Ukraine, in Lviv, Ukraine, on May 19, 2011. The conference-exhibition is organized by Fruit-Inform Project and Shuvar wholesale market. Raytec Vision SPA (Italy) is the general sponsor of the conference.

Program of the conference is 95% complete and available on the official web-site through this link. Preliminary list of the conference participants will be available on the web-site since May 11, and applications for participation are accepted only till May 13.

The conference and exhibition “Berries of Ukraine-2011: Freezing and Fresh Market” will take place on the first day, May 19. The second day, May 20, will be devoted to guided tour to Shuvar wholesale market, business tour to Yablunevyi Dar processing enterprise, and Lviv sightseeing tour.

As of today, more than 120 delegates from Italy, Poland, Moldova, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Russia have registered their participation in the conference. 50% of participants are producers of fresh and frozen berries. The rest are input and equipment suppliers, as well as suppliers of installations for sorting and quick freezing of berries, seedlings, plant protecting agents, machinery and equipment for berry growing. The conference will be also visited by representatives of domestic and foreign trading companies.

The conference will be hosted in international format with Russian, Ukrainian, and English being its working languages. The organizers will ensure a simultaneous interpretation into these languages during the conference.
