Apple handling and storage – presentations from leading experts

The program of the 4th International Conference “Apple Business of Ukraine-2014” is 90% completed and includes a wide session on apple handling and storage – one of the most important links in successful sales throughout the whole season.

Mr. Konstantin Shvets, Fito-Mag Ltd., will speak on apple quality retention during long-term storage as well as selection of optimal storing moment and apple storage costs saving.

The information on latest solutions in apple storage technologies in Poland – one of the global apple business leaders – will be delivered by Mr. Pawel Baranski, Chlodnie KA Baranski. The event will go on with the presentation of Mr. Sergey Sidorenko, AltraconK, who will speak on choice of apple post-harvest and pre-sale handling equipment, and the information about domestic produce storage solutions will be delivered by Mr. Anatoliy Bogdan, Insolar.

The technological session will end with the presentation of packaging solutions from SunPack, one of the leading corrugated packaging suppliers in Ukraine, which will be delivered by Mr. Aleksandr Anisimov.

We would remind you that the conference will be held on August 14 in the most convenient place in Vinnytsia – Feride Plaza – and on August 15 all registered participants will be able to visit one of the most up-to-date apple farms in Ukraine – Agro-Etalon Ltd.
