Russia introduced ban on poultry imports from Azerbaijan

Since February 14, 2006 Russia introduced temporary limitations for imports of live poultry, incubation eggs, poultry meat, all kinds of poultry-origin products, feeds, feed additives and all kinds of second-hand poultry treatment equipment from Azerbaijan, press-service of Russian agriculture ministry informed Thursday.

The limitations are due to the poultry infection having been detected on the territory of this country.
