Chicken problem erecting a barrier between Ukraine and WTO
APK-Inform reports that according to Petro Verbytskyi, the Chief of the AIC Ministry Veterinary Medicine Department, the US representatives plan to object to Ukraine's joining the WTO. According to him, the reason for such objection could be the lack of scientific grounding when explaining to international organizations the code of foodstuff safety determining the parameters for such safety in particular for US poultry
In mid May this issue shall be reviewed at the scientific meeting. Among the scenarios resolving this problem could be:
