Ukrainian Parliament approved the law "About Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine"

Today 348 deputies out of 409 registered in the Parliament have voted to approve law "About Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine". The law will adopt a system of state crop and exports insurance. It also provides legal frameworks for state interventions on the market and collateral grain purchases by the government. The document also makes monthly declaration of grain stored at any elevators or storage facilities a must and approves state control over the grain quality.
