Ukraine: the Crimea reduces production of wines and cognacs

In Crimea, producers of cognacs have to decrease volumes of production due to low demand for this produce. During January 2009, production of Crimean cognacs decreased by 67.6 %. Leading specialists report that low paying capacity of population that caused demand decreasing is the main reason of the current situation. The same reason caused decrease of wine production - production volumes reduced by 27 %.
