Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of one attendee in the conference on November 26-27

• package of informational materials

• conference presentations in electronic format after the end of the event

• information about company or organization in the electronic conference catalog and on www.fruit-inform.com

• coffee-breaks, lunches, gala-dinner

 

Distance participation in the conference includes:

• information about company in the electronic conference catalog

• receipt of the conference informational materials

• conference presentations in electronic format after the end of the event

 

Distance participation costs 2000 UAH / 8000 RUR / 220 EUR

 

Granted discounts

• 5 % - for each following participant from a company*

• 10 % - for Fresh Produce Ukraine 2013 exhibitors*

• 10 % - for Fruit-Inform subscribers (if the subscription period includes November 26-28, 2013)*

* - Discounts are not subject to be summed up

Application and payment conditions

Applications are accepted until November 22.

Payment conditions: 100% pre-payment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to the participant's application.

 

Refund in case of refusal to participate in the conference:

• before November 1, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum;

• from November 1 to November 15, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum;

• after November 15, the paid sum is not subject to refund

 

Accommodation is provided by the organizers for additional fee.
