The organizers have started scheduling meetings at the 4th International Trade Forum. The event will be held on December 10, Rus Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine, in conjunction with the 11th International Conference «Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014».
For the present, the trade forum enabling domestic and foreign suppliers to conduct direct negotiations with purchasing managers of Ukrainian supermarket chains and importers involves the following companies ready to get new contacts and expand their fruit and vegetable assortment: representatives of Ukrainian retail sector - Auchan Ukraine, Furshet Supermarket Chain, Kontinuum Trade (TAM TAM Hypermarket Chain), METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine, Fozzy Group of Companies (Silpo, Fora, Fozzy, Bumi Supermarket Chains), Eko-Market Chain, Karavan Hypermarket Chain, Amstor Trading House, ATB-Market, VARUS Supermarket Chain, Avanta Trading House (Kolibri, Nash, 555 Supermarket Chains), Billa Ukraine; import/export companies – Kalinovka Trading House, Tropic, Ukrainian-Russian Vegetable Company, Azov-Caribe, Euro Fresh Fruit, Vesta, Western Retail. The list of trade forum participants will be soon updated and reach about 30 retail chains and importers ready to purchase fruits and vegetables in Ukraine.
The trade forum being held in conjunction with the conference «Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014», the largest fruit and vegetable business event in the Eastern Europe gathering key participants of the sector from the CIS, EU and other parts of the world for already the 11th year in a row, enables its participants both to conduct negotiations and receive exclusive analytical information on the fruit and vegetable market in the Eastern Europe. Furthermore, both the conference and trade forum will be held in conjunction with the B2B Exposition «Fruits & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014» (December 8-10), which will present more than 40 companies (both growers and input and equipment suppliers). The exposition will be attended by conference participants, retail chains as well as other representatives of the fruit and vegetable sector. Invitations to the exposition will be sent to more than 5,000 companies from Fruit-Inform database.
The trade forum is unique for Ukraine and has no analogs in the country. It has already received a positive response from importers and supermarket chains in Ukraine as well as domestic and foreign suppliers of fruits and vegetables within three years of its history.
