Insertion of advertising materials in the conference attendees' portfolios
Each conference attendee will receive a package of informational materials when being registered.
You can add your advertising materials to the conference attendees' portfolios*.
The option costs 350 EUR**
* - admissible formats of advertising materials: 2 pages of A4 format, or booklets of up to 12 pages of A4, A5 formats. You can also add 1 item of souvenir products: disk, pen, USB flash drive etc.
** - 250 copies
Placement of 1.2*2-meter banner in the conference hall within 2 conference days: 350 EUR
Placement of advertising materials at organizers' desk (500 copies): 500 EUR
Advertising applications are accepted until November 21.
