Registration fee payment includes:

• participation of delegate (-s) in the conference
• package of informational materials
• coffee-break, lunch, gala-dinner
• receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference

Granted discounts

• 5% - for subscribers of Fruit-Inform service packages (if the subscription period includes February 20)
• 5% - for each additional participant from the company

Price: 750 euro.

 

Advertising package 3

Price: 450 euro.

 

Separate advertising options:

Inclusion of advertising materials into participants' portfolios: 290 euro,

1.2*1.8-meter banner in the conference hall: 350 euro.

Advertising place near the conference hall: 400 euro.

 

Distance participation in the conference: 100 euro.

Distance participation in the conference means the receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference.

 

Application and payment conditions

Applications are accepted until February 15.

Payment conditions: 100% pre-payment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to the participant's application.

 

Refund in case of refusal to take part in the conference:

• before January 21, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum
• from January 21 to 28, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum
• after January 28, the paid sum is not subject to refund
