Positive trend in Polish white cabbage prices
White cabbage prices continue to grow in Poland, with increases in them registered almost on a day-to-day basis, reports Fruit-Inform referring to FreshMarket.
According to international analysts, Polish white cabbages have marked a rise in price of 18-20% since the beginning of the week. As a result, growers manage to sell their produce at PLN 0.24-0.40/kg (EUR 0.06-0.10/kg).
Therefore, now white cabbages are averagely 25% more expensive compared to the figures of the same date of 2017. In addition, Polish growers plan to keep on raising their prices thanks to growing demand for their produce.
