Land titles distributed among 44% of farmers

Interfax Ukraine reported that Land Committee Chief Anatoliy Danylenko revealed information where until now 3 mn or 44% of 6.753 mn of land certificates received their land titles with another 1.4 mn pending.

According to him, this year has "all chances" to issue and hand out land titles to the rest 60% or 4 mn owners of land certificates.

Land value indicators show that 1 ha of arable land in Ukraine is worth $1452.46 with the average land plot equaling 4.2 ha priced at about $5636.98.
