Market information scarce and prices are inadequate

APK-Inform reported that experts from Ukrainian Agribusiness Development Project revelaed figures which show that the main problems farm managers face are low selling prices and lack of market information.

Moreover, experts believe that issue is geographically dependent. Low prices bother 90% of Poltava respondents, 89% of Kherson residents whereas lack of market information is a concern of 38% in Zhytomyr, 52% of Ivano-Frankivsk, and 39% of Polatava residents.

Interestingly enough, 1/3 of Donetsk residents have no problems selling their products.
