Tractors sold low-priced
UkrInform reported that KhTZ (Kharkiv Tractor Factory) lowered the price for its tractors by 28% for businesses registered within Kharkiv Oblast.
This measure is a joint effort of the Oblast government and KhTZ management. Special financial mechanisms are developed to implement this feature where 1/3 of the proceeds the KhTZ will transfer to the Pension Fund of the said Oblast because of the accumulated debt.
