Cabinet of Ministers to submit proposals to Parliament till the end of year concerning hypothecary bank establishment in Ukraine
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends till the end of the current year to submit to Verkhovna Rada a package of legislative initiatives concerning establishing the state land hypothecary bank in Ukraine. This was declared by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Anotoliy Kinakh at his meeting with representatives of All-Ukrainian Union of Agricultural Enterprises.
According to Prime Minister, a specially created coordinational council is working at the moment at development of the draft laws concerned. To his opinion, establishment of hypothecary bank is an "indispensable component" of mortgage system development in Ukraine.
He also informed that prior to being submitted to Parliament, the bills will be subjected to international expertise.
The Prime Minister noted that hypothecary market "as a basis for attraction of credit and investment resources" was an important direction of Ukraine's agro-industrial complex development.
