IQF technologies for fruits and berries will be one of the relevant questions discussed at the 6th International Conference «Berries of Ukraine-2015: Frozen Produce & Fresh Market».
The presentation on «Benefits of freezing fresh berries. Secrets of smart shock freezing» will be delivered by Mrs. Camilla Khrulova-Nygren, Area Sales Manager at OctoFrost AB, Sweden, the company which experts have developed the most advanced individually quick frozen (IQF) technology on the global market.
We would remind you that the conference will start its work in a month and a half, on May 21, Kiev, Ukraine. The business-tour to Agrofirma Vesna-2011, one of the leading berry growers in Kiev Region, will be held on May 22.
In addition to IQF presentation, the conference's technological session will focus on berry cooling, handling and packaging.
The event, organized by Fruit-Inform and sponsored by Syngenta, will be attended by more than 150 participants with more than a half of them to be represented by producers of fresh and frozen berries.
