Registration fee payment includes:

Advertising options

Indclusion of materials into participants' portfolios: 290 EUR

A 1.2*1.8 banner in the conference hall: 290 EUR

 

Distance participation in the conference: 130 EUR

Distance participation in the conference means the receipt of conference presentations (in the original language) and participants' contacts in 10-14 days after the conference.

 

Application and payment conditions

Applications are accepted until February 15.

Payment conditions: 100% pre-payment of the invoice issued by the organizers according to the participant's application.

 

Refund in case of refusal to take part in the conference:

• before January 23, the organizers refund 80% of the paid sum
• from January 23 to February 2, the organizers refund 50% of the paid sum
• after February 2, the paid sum is not subject to refund
