Program of Potatoes & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014 Conference updated

The program of the 6th International Conference “Potatoes & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014” is updated daily and for the present is 70% completed. Previously confirmed speakers were joined by the following sector experts:

Mr. Sergey Rybalko, Adelaida Farm, will speak on the Ukrainian market for early potatoes and its import/export potential in the new season.

Mr. Ievgen Kuzin, Fruit-Inform, will present the up-to-date information about trade in potatoes and vegetables in Ukrainian and foreign supermarket chains.

Mr. Igor Tarushkin, Bayer CropScience, will speak on the current season's potato quality problems and present new efficient products of the company.

Mr. Andriy Yarmak, Founder of Fruit-Inform, will deliver the presentation on “Vegetable storage as an integral part of the sales system” and announce the update Ukraine & Russia Fresh Produce Cold Chain Study.

The organizers expect the program to be fully completed by January 31 with a number of commercial presentations to be limited.

We would remind you that the 6th International Conference “Potatoes & Vegetables of Ukraine-2014” will take place on February 20, 2014, President Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine. The conference is supported by Ukrainian Association of Potato Producers. Bayer CropScience is the General Sponsor of the event.

By tradition, leading Ukrainian growers of potatoes and traditional vegetables (onions, cabbage, carrots, beetroots) will account for the majority of the conference participants. Applications are accepted until February 15.
